Forsyth's Guy Hallwright found guilty of reckless disregard

Guy Hallwright, a Forsyth Barr analyst, has been found guilty of reckless disregard for the safety of others, causing grievous bodily harm in the Auckland District Court.

According to accounts given in the court Hallwright's car went forward over Sung Jin Kim after they had an altercation at the intersection of Symonds Street and Mt Eden in September 2010. Kim was left with two broken legs.

Hallwright will be sentence on Aug. 30.
