Senior Trust Retirement Village Listed Fund (NZX: SRF)

Further to the announcement made by Senior Trust Retirement Village Listed Fund on Tuesday, 26 January 2021, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that SRF will be delisting from the NZX Main Board (NZSX).

The final day of trading in SRF will be Monday, 1 February 2021, with SRF units being halted and suspended at close of business that day. SRF units will cease to be quoted from close of business on Wednesday, 3 February 2021.

SRF will be delisted as an NZX issuer within seven business days after its units cease quotation. NZXO will provide this date to market in a second memorandum once it is finalised.
