Amended - IFT230 Maturity and Exchange for IFT350

This is an amended memorandum for the announcement released on 28 May 2024. This contains a correction for The final day of trading for the IFT230 bonds will be Friday, 31 May 2024 prior to the bonds being suspended at close of business due to the public holiday on Monday, 3 June 2024. This has also been amended to correct a formatting issue.

Subject: Infratil Limited IFT230 Maturity and Exchange for IFT350

Message:

NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the Infratil Limited bonds with ticker code IFT230 are due to mature on Saturday, 15 June 2024.

Under the Exchange Offer announced on 27 May 2024, IFT230 bond holders have the option to exchange each IFT230 bond for one new bond with ticker code IFT350 to be issued on Monday, 17 June 2024.

Alternatively, holders of IFT230 bonds who do not wish to participate in the Exchange Offer will have their IFT230 bonds redeemed on Friday, 14 June 2024 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the IFT230 bonds.

The final day of trading for the IFT230 bonds will be Friday, 31 May 2024 prior to the bonds being suspended at close of business.

The terms and details of the IFT350 bonds will be provided in a Quotation Notice, which wilhas been released to the market on Thursday, 30 May 2024.
