IPL - Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting 2023

Wednesday 28th June 2023

At the Annual Shareholder Meeting for Investore Property Limited held at 10:30am today all resolutions were decided by a poll. The following resolutions were passed by shareholders:

• that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PwC as auditor for the ensuing year;

• the re-election of Director Adrian Walker; and

• that Directors’ remuneration be increased as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 26 May 2023.
