The a2 Milk Company wishes to advise that Chief People, Safety and Sustainability Officer, Lisa Burquest, has advised of her resignation from her role effective 31 January 2021.

Lisa joined the company in November 2018 and since then has worked with the rest of the Executive Leadership Team to build capability, capacity, performance and engagement through its people, whilst continuing to evolve the unique culture of The a2 Milk Company.

CEO Geoff Babidge said: “I’d personally like to thank Lisa for her contribution and wish her well for her future endeavours.”

Lisa will be taking up the role of Chief People Officer for Virgin Australia on 1st February which will allow her to leverage her experience in managing large workforces undergoing transformation and change.

A search for Lisa’s replacement will commence shortly.
