ShareChat News: Important Notice for Xtra Customers

Friday 7th March 2008

Text too small?
If you subscribe to our AM Update or News Alerts service, this may affect you.

It appears some of our subscribers using Xtra accounts may not be receiving their ShareChat AM Update or News Alert emails.

Due to the large volume of customers emailing to say they really miss their regular emails from us, we thought we'd post some assistance.

If you are missing your free newsletters, we suggest you add the ShareChat address to your contacts list.

For example to receive AM Updates or News Alerts, add sharechat@lists.tarawera.co.nz as an email address to your Yahoo!Xtra contacts list. ShareChat emails should thereafter be found in your Yahoo!Xtra mail INBOX.

If you don't use the Webmail, a subscriber has also offered this suggestion :
Further to your instructions some Xtra customers do not login to the Yahoo Bubble, instead using only an email client. These people will need to create a Yahoo account, login, then create the contact or mark as Not Spam a few of these updates.

Further instructions can be found here: http://www.sharechat.co.nz/news/scnews/article.php/250c2710

If you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us on mailto:info@sharechat.co.nz
