SKC - APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1(a), SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew McPherson to the role of Chief Information Officer, effective from 18 March 2024 (subject to obtaining all necessary regulatory approvals, if any).

Mr McPherson joined SkyCity as Interim Chief Information Officer in November 2023. Prior to joining SkyCity, he held senior leadership roles across the New Zealand technology industry, including as Chief Technology Officer at Stuff Limited, and Head of National Design at Spark.
