2022 Annual Shareholders' Meeting & Director Nominations

PGG Wrightson Limited’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be held on Tuesday, 18 October 2022 at 9:30am. The meeting will be a hybrid meeting so shareholders can either attend in person or virtually.

The meeting will be held at the Napier War Memorial Centre, 48 Marine Parade, Bluff Hill, Napier. Details of how to attend the meeting virtually will be included in the forthcoming Notice of Meeting.

Director nominations may be made by any shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting and should be forwarded to General Manager Corporate Affairs / Company Secretary, PGG Wrightson Limited, PO Box 292, Christchurch 8042 or by email: companysecretary@pggwrightson.co.nz

The closing date for director nominations is Tuesday, 30 August 2022.
