General Capital Limited's (NZX: GEN ) 2026 annual meeting of shareholders will be held in person on Thursday 20 August at 2:00pm at the Great Barrier Room, Movenpick Hotel, Level 1, 8 Customs Street, Auckland CBD.

- The Notice of Meeting

- The Chairman's letter to Shareholders; and

- The Proxy Form

The Notice of Meeting, Chairman's Letter and Proxy Form will be emailed to shareholders who have provided the company's share registrar with an email address and mailed in hard copy where the share registrar does not have an email address. Electronic copies of these documents are also available on the company's website: https://gencap.co.nz/
