At Trade Window Holdings Limited’s (NZX: TWL ) Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on five ordinary resolutions. All voting was conducted by a poll, as required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1. The results can be found in the document attached.
