[sharechat] TTP / AGH Takeover

Interested on your thoughts regarding TTP's just announced takeover offer
for the 49% of Australian Growth Properties it doesn't already hold.

Wonder where the cash assets will end up? I myself can't see it being in
the hands of shareholders given TTP's track record. Rather more likely to
end up funding development on one side of the ditch or the other.
