Henley Communications is down the tube. There have been several postings on
Sharechat over the years pointing out the overblown puffery (like Indranet) and 
in fact
there was something in the media in the last 2 or 3 months to the effect that 
Henley is 
a goner and certain regulatory agencies are sniffing around their heels.
Do a search on Henley in Sharechat.
