I saw the loss. I hope it has something to do with merger costs and them paying out a bit too much to their shareholders/suppliers rather than bad mgmt.

We were saying CAH under-achieved on its capital, -50M from more capital is really bad.

Oh  dear!!!! .......$ 50 M loss in a year which supposely was mean't to be the best that the Dairy Farmers could expect for 30 years.......Fonterra was born with the commerce commision objection and it took the Labour Govt  legislation for it to function.
If it can't make a profit in good times.......look out NZ ...as it is the same size as our ecomony ...if things go wrong with Fonterra ,New Zealand inc will suffer big time

Fonterra said that if GE does not get Govt backing it would be forced to leave NZ.................MMMMMMM  ........I hate to say this but (  gritting teeth!!!!!!!!) voting Green party might be our salvation.
Hoop

Disc:- will vote National (Hamilton West)...... ACT list vote........not against GE.
