Hugh and Michael,

Hugh, we now receive our news from the NZPA thus do not have editorial
control of it.  I'll look into the points you have raised below.

Michael, an Investor Interview sounds like a good idea for the Kiwi Income
Property Trust.  As you say, it does not have a high profile on SC - perhaps
an II could stimulate some discussion.
