Interesting thoughts around this topic.

Part of Phil post yesterday -   When a company lists on the sharemarket, the money either goes into thebusiness
"to provide funds to the company to allow it to create value" or it goes to founding shareholders, who have effectively put up a "Business for sale" sign, after investing their dollars to allow the company to create value.

Was this what Chalkie alluding to about Frucor in his column in the The Independent this week? Typical Chalkie - honest down to earth as usual. Full article   http://www.theindependent.co.nz/chalkie.html

Cheers
