[sharechat] Grape Rot Problem

Just finished reading today's paper and saw the major breakthrough for grape
rot (wine industry).  It mentioned a prospectus will be due out within
weeks.  The manufacturing plant is being set up by Zenith Technology
Corporation.  Does any one know who these guys are?  Or if the share offer
will be made public?
