[sharechat] GPG - Dawson International

DWSN has received an offer at 83p a share

GPG has 19.3M shares in DWSN with nett cost very low due to having received a special dividend of 25.2p (12.6p on each of the shares since consolidated 2:1)

I doubt whether GPG is the bidder. Any other ideas?
