[sharechat] Capital Properties

Hi Hugh,

RE: Capital Properties (and in fact all installment
receipts)

If you don't pay the second installment the trustee
who is holding the full shares on your behalf will
sell your shares for whatever can be had at the time
and a/. if there is any left over will return the
funds to you or b/. if there is money still owing you
are liable for the difference. There unfortunately no
clause that say's if the shares perform like a NZ
Rugby League team against the Australian's, that you
can change your mind and not pay.

If you purchased your shares 'on market' then the
second installment is 57c. If you are a retail
investor holding your original allotment in the
initial public offering then your second installment
is 50c. All institutional investors have to pay 57c.

Hope that answers your question.

Kind regards from a wet but not miserable England,
Sarah
