BFG Director Nomination Closing Date

The Directors of Burger Fuel Group Limited advise, pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 that the closing date for director nominations is Wednesday 19th July 2023.

All nominations must be received by 4.00pm on the closing date.

Further details regarding the 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders prior to the meeting.
