BIF adds Zincovery to its investment portfolio

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Zincovery Process Technologies Limited (ZPT) to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.

 

ZPT operates in the materials recycling part of the energy and clean technologies sector. It specialises in zinc recycling having developed an alternative approach that reduces carbon emissions for the industry. ZPT was spun out in 2021, and is classified as early stage, with its technology origins being from University of Canterbury.

 

BIF will make a cash investment of $394,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), ZPT will represent 2% of BIF’s investment portfolio of 34 active companies, and with a net asset value of over $20.3M.

 

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at www.booster.co.nz.
