GWC - Completion of WasteCo acquisition / reverse listing

Goodwood Capital Limited (NZX: GWC ) has completed the acquisition of WasteCo Holdings NZ Limited and issued all shares authorised by shareholders for allotment today at the special meeting of shareholders this morning.

The changes to the board recorded in the notice of meetign have also been made.

Accordingly, GWC now has 688 million shares on issue.

Its board comprises:

Shane Edmond, Non-executive chair

James Redmayne, Executive Director

Carl Storm, Executive Director

Roger Gower, Independent Director

Angus Cooper, Independent Director

With effect from commencement of 6 December 2022, the company will change its name on NZX systems to WasteCo Group Limited and trade under the code WCO
