PHL - Resignation of CEO

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL ) advises that Chris Brown has resigned as the CEO of PHL and will finish with the company on Friday, 22 April 2022.

Chris has been with the company just over a year, initially as a contractor and since August as CEO. Chris has played a key role in managing the integration of the group’s aged care operations into a listed company environment. The Board thanks Chris for his contribution.

The Board is considering its executive leadership needs and will update the market in due course. In the interim, executive directors Tom Brankin and Andrew Mitchell will cover the CEO role.
