Symphony listing?

Property developer Symphony Group is understood to be planning to list on the Stock Exchange.

A market source said the group, which this week said it was close to announcing a formal management contract, was planning to list and talking to sharebrokers Forsyth Barr Freighter Williams.

Symphony's property portfolio includes Auckland CBD buildings including two major residential developments, The Parc and H47.
