Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) has announced its calendar of key dates for 2023, as listed in the attached.

These dates represent the current expectation of Heartland, will be subject to Heartland Board approval, are subject to change and are, in respect of dividends and the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, not a guarantee or warranty as to the payment of a dividend, the Dividend Reinvestment Plan applying to dividends or the actual dividend payment dates. Any change will be announced to the NZX and ASX.
