General Capital Resignation of Director

General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN ) today announced the resignation of Paul Zingel as a non-executive independent director of the General Capital Board effective 31 October 2024.

Mr Rewi Bugo, Chairman of General Capital, thanked Paul for his contribution on the Board over the last two and a half years and more recently on the Audit Committee, wishing him well in his endeavours in his new home of Brisbane, Australia.
