We are pleased to announce Tim Fleming Associates Limited and Wood & Associates Taxation Limited are merging with Greenlion Limited.  The merger will take place officially on 1 October 2023.  Both practices will work from the Greenlion premises.

Tim Fleming Associates Limited began its accounting practice in 1997, after leaving a successful partnership of several years.  During the past 26 years Tim has grown his firm to a medium size practice, specializing predominately in providing personalized accounting services to clients.  Wood & Associates Taxation Limited was established by Hayden Wood in 2021.  Hayden’s practice has provided tax advice to its clients and has grown exponentially during the past 2 years.  Both firms have decided to merge with Greenlion so they can provide a wider range of services to clients.

All three firms share the same values.  We believe part of the success of clients lies in the service they receive from high quality committed professionals.  As such, we are dedicated to investing in training, development and growth of our staff.   This ethos enables us to offer traditional accounting services found in chartered accounting practices as well as new services and areas of expertise such as forensic expert witness, valuations, change management and administration and management of trusts and companies to our clients.

Ultimately, our merger will facilitate the provision of accounting services and additional services and proficiencies to our clients.  In particular, we will now be able to offer more in-depth tax advice and trustee and company services to our clients at  competitive fee levels.

Existing clients can be assured the high-level services they currently receive, will not alter. Rather, clients will benefit from increased value and choice of more extensive services and advice available to them.  In this we are confident – we believe clients of all firms will now have access to an expanded team of professional advisers to help them realise their business and financial goals.

Should you have any questions as to how this merger will affect you, please contact us.

In closing, we look forward to continually working with you and to introducing you to our new partners and associates and we thank you in advance for your support.

 Your Greenlion Team
