DDB has bought the rest of design and brand consultancy Van de Roer to add to its direct division Beyond DDB.
Last July, DDB bought up the Auckland office of Van de Roer and renamed it Imagination Identity Consultants.
This week's purchase includes the Wellington office of Van de Roer.
Van de Roer was set up more than 20 years ago by Gus Van de Roer. He is being retained by DDB as a senior consultant to Beyond DDB.
