ENS - Increase in Datagate investment

AUCKLAND, 23 November 2022 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS ) has paid NZ$259,308 to participate in a Datagate Innovation rights issue.

Enprise Group participated in an over-subscribed NZ$500,000 capital raise for Datagate, which raised NZ$750,000. Datagate also converted the notes from December 2021 resulting in Enprise receiving 237,472 shares. Datagate is a cloud telecommunications billing solution for managed service providers (MSPs).

Enprise Group’s share of Datagate is now 32.03%. If Enprise Group’s 2,340,479 shares in Datagate were valued at the November 2022 rights issue price of $2.80 per share, the value of the investment would be $6,553,341.
