General Capital Limited’s (NZX: GEN ) 2022 annual meeting of shareholders will be in held in person only at 3:00 p.m. on 28 September 2022 in the Raffles Room 1 at the Stamford Plaza, 22-26 Albert Street, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010.

Attached are:

- the Notice of Meeting;

- Chairman’s Letter; and

- the Proxy Form.

The Notice of Meeting, Chairman’s Letter and Proxy Form will be emailed to shareholders who have provided the company’s share registrar with an email address and mailed in hard copy where the share registrar does not have an email address. Electronic copies of these documents are also available on the company’s website, https://gencap.co.nz/.

The meeting will be recorded and available on the company’s website after the meeting.
