General Capital Limited (GEN:NZX) announces resignation of subsidiary company director

Mr. Anton Douglas has resigned as a Director of General Finance Limited effective 8 November 2023.

Mr. Don Hattaway, Chairman of General Finance said, “I wish to thank Anton for his contribution to the Board. Anton joined the Board following the capital injection from API No. 1 Limited Partnership in February 2023. Anton has advised the Board that he is seeking a full time role that may conflict with his role as a General Finance board member and accordingly has submitted his resignation. The Board wishes Anton well for the future”.
