GFI Board Changes. Resignation of Director and Rotation of

Wednesday 14th June 2023

1. Mr Darryl Davies will resign as a director on 14 June 2023 with immediate effect. The Board thank Darryl for his service to the Company and look forward to continuing its relationship with Darryl via his position at GFI’s strategic partner Cannvalate Pty Ltd; and

2. In order to bring a wide range of skills and experience to lead the board through its next phase and ensure that the time commitment involved can be shared across the Board, Mr Philip Brown will stand down as Chair of the company from 30 June 2023. It is anticipated that the Directors of Greenfern will discuss appointing one of the remaining directors as Chair of the Company at the next Board Meeting. Mr Brown will remain a Director of the company.
