Online accounting software provider Xero has signed to lease for level two and half of level one in the John Chambers building on Jervois Quay.
The building, previously used for the Rialto Theatre, is in the same precinct as the offices for NZX and TradeMe, and investment banking firm Morrison & Co will also be a tenant.
The John Chambers building is being earthquake strengthened and renovated before Xero moves in about next March.
