U.S. job market picked up in June as companies raised wages and offered incentives to attract unemployed people back to work because of the dire need of production booming.
Economist says the labour shortages may not be as constraint from September, but there is no guarantee.
U.S. stocks futures responded to the lower unemployment rate, with a slight rise in stock futures.
