SAN - Director Retirement

The Board of Directors of Sanford Limited (NZX: SAN ) advises that Mr Peter Kean, being eligible for re-election at the upcoming Annual Shareholder Meeting, has decided not to stand for re-election as an Independent Non-Executive Director. Peter’s retirement will be effective as at the conclusion of the 2022 Annual Meeting.

Peter joined the Board of Directors in December 2014 and is currently a member of the People, Health and Safety Committee and the Nominations Committee.

The Chairman of Sanford, on behalf of the Board, expresses his appreciation of Peter’s significant contribution to the company during his eight-year tenure. We wish Peter all the best for his future.
