Argosy Property Limited has announced it has settled its insurance claim with its insurers NZI and QBE in respect of earthquake damage at 7WQ relating to the Kaikoura earthquake, receiving $23.5 million plus GST as full and final settlement.
Peter Mence, CEO of Argosy said “It is very pleasing to have resolved the claim with insurers and avoided a drawn out legal process. We will update the market further at our FY21 financial results which will be announced in May 2021”.
