Argosy Property Limited (NZX: ARG) Announces Second Quarter Dividend

Argosy Property Limited has announced a second quarter (for the period to 30 September 2020) cash dividend for the 2021 financial year of 1.6375 cents per share.

As Argosy is a PIE the dividend can be treated as excluded income for New Zealand income tax purposes. Imputation credits of 0.070891 cents per share will be attached to the dividend representing income tax paid by the Company. Overseas investors will receive an additional supplementary dividend of 0.032169 cents per share to offset non-resident withholding tax.

The record date for the dividend is 9 December 2020 and the payment date is 23 December 2020.
