Renaissance chief executive Richard Webb says Sinclair played a pivotal role in completing the repositioning and structural change of its products business and the company is extremely grateful for her contribution.

Sinclair says she particularly enjoyed developing the new product group structure.

"The product business has grown and matured significantly over the last year and this maturity means it's a good time for me to make a move."

Webb says during her career with Renaissance, Sinclair made a significant contribution to the success of the company and held a number of senior roles.

He says over the past eight months Renaissance has delivered a number of new products to the market.

Webb says during the next few months he and Warwick Grey, the new chief marketing officer, will introduce a number of new strategic initiatives, which will include the new brand roll out, the new retail and online concept stores, and some new products.
