Geneva Finance Director Nominations

GFL advises that the period during which shareholders may nominate persons to be considered to be directors of GFL at the next Annual Meeting opens today and closes at 5pm on Monday 11 September 2023.

Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing of the nominated person.
