Spark New Zealand senior executive Jolie Hodson has sold almost all of her ordinary shares in the country's biggest telecommunications business, details filed with the NZX show.
The Spark Digital chief sold 100,000 shares for a total of $354,210, or about $3.54 each, in on-market transactions today, leaving her with just 1,064 ordinary shares. She remains a holder of 96,686 restricted shares and 326,619 share rights.
Hodson previously served as Spark's chief financial officer for two years before being appointed as chief executive for Spark Digital, formerly Gen-i, this month, replacing Tim Miles.
Spark shares fell 1.4 percent to $3.53, having gained 8.5 percent so far this year.
