Kiwi Property today advised it has amended its dividend policy and will begin paying dividends on a quarterly basis (rather than semi-annually, as was previously the case). The change is effective immediately, with the next dividend to be paid on Wednesday 21 September.

Kiwi Property Chief Executive Officer, Clive Mackenzie, said: “We’re pleased to be moving to quarterly dividend payments, which will assist investors by providing them with more frequent returns.”
