Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) Amended Moa Group Limited Name and Ticker Change

An amendment to the memorandum released by NZX Operations (“NZXO”) Friday, 19 February 2021 regarding Moa Group Limited (“MOA”) name and ticker code change. NZXO advises that Moa Group Limited will be changing its name to Savor Limited, not Savor Group Limited as previously stated, with effect from market open on Monday, 1 March 2021. The ticker code will change to SVR with effect Monday, 1 March 2021.

The ISIN will remain unchanged as NZMOAE0001S1.
