Auckland International Airport Limited advises that the company’s 2025 annual meeting will be held at 10am on Thursday, 23 October 2025 at Ellerslie Events Centre, 100 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland.

Instructions for Annual Meeting virtual attendance

The annual meeting will be broadcast live on the internet via webcast link. To access the webcast link, go to www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/aia25 and follow the instructions. You will need your shareholder number found on your proxy form, for verification purposes.

Director Nominations

The closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the annual meeting is 22 September 2025. Nominations must be addressed to the Company Secretary and received by 5pm on 22 September 2025 at Auckland International Airport Limited’s registered office or via email, as follows:
