The two bring a wealth of property and investment experience to the company and will play a pivotal role overseeing its ongoing transformation into the creator and curator of world class mixed-use communities.

“We are delighted to welcome Carlie and Peter to the board,” said Kiwi Property Chair, Mark Ford. “They are excellent directors, with strong expertise in property development and investment, funds management, capital markets and community creation. I have no doubt they will make an extremely positive impact on our business.”

Kiwi Property director and incoming Chair, Simon Shakesheff, added, “Carlie and Peter’s mix of skills and commitment to stringent governance will be invaluable as the company continues its mixed-use evolution. We’re pleased to be entering FY24 with the new directors in place and focussed on creating additional value for our shareholders, and other stakeholders.”

Both Carlie and Peter will stand for election at Kiwi Property’s next annual meeting of shareholders, filling the seats being vacated by current directors, Mark Ford and Mark Powell.
