General Capital (GEN:NZ) Announces Change of Auditors

General Capital, the NZX listed financial services Group, hereby advises that Baker Tilley Staples Rodway (BTSR) has resigned as the auditor of General Capital Limited and its subsidiary General Finance Limited effective today (7/9/2022) in accordance with section 207R of the Companies Act 1993.

It further announces that Grant Thornton New Zealand has today (7/9/2022) been appointed as the auditor for General Capital Limited and General Finance Limited effective today.

We thank Baker Tilley Staples Rodway for their assistance particularly during the challenging Covid lockdown periods.
