AMP NZ Office Trust (NZX: APT ) says that its chief financial officer, Amish Vallabh, is taking on the role of acting chief executive while search for a permanant replacement is carried out.
Current chief executive, Robert Lang leaves the trust on June 30.
ANZO says good progress is being made in recruiting a suitable candidate to the role and an announcement of the new chief executive is expected to be made by September 30.
The board said in May that the proposed implementation date for the strategic review of its corporate governance and management fee structures has been deferred by two months.
The review will culminate in a series of changes to be proposed to unit-holders at a unit-holder meeting in late August with a proposed start date of September 1.
