Tilt Renewables Limited (MZX: TLT) Infratil Strategic Review

Tilt Renewables Limited previously advised it would begin preparations to be able to respond should a proposal to acquire all outstanding shares in TLT result from Infratil Limited’s strategic review of its shareholding in TLT.

As part of this preparation, TLT has appointed Lazard as its financial advisor, with Russell McVeagh and Ashurst appointed for legal advice.
