PRC gets new counsel

Pyne Gould Corporation (NZX: PGC ) has announced the appointment of Michael Jonas as Group General Counsel, leading PGC's legal needs across the Group.

Jonas is a highly experienced lawyer and former partner at Bell Gully, Chapman Tripp and Mayne Wetherell.

He will begin his new role in February.
