L&M Energy is doing away with its dual managing director structure as it builds its focus on on coal seam gas exploration and production, the company said in a statement to the NZX.
The move means John Bay has agreed to stand down and Kent Anson has been appointed sole managing director.
Bay will continue to represent L&M Energy on the Petroleum Exploration and Production Association of New Zealand ("PEPANZ") as chairman.
