Plexure Group Limited (NZX: PLX) Trading Halt of Securities

NZX Regulation (“NZXR”) advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Plexure Group Limited (NZX: PLX ) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed pre-market open this morning.

The trading halt has been put in place while PLX undertakes the placement component of a capital raise.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

• An announcement by PLX on completion of the placement is released; or

• Market open on Friday, 13 November 2020.
