Kiwi Property is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Kenrick to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Kevin brings a wealth of strategic transformation experience from the retail, telecommunications, travel, and media industry sectors, which will be invaluable as Kiwi Property continues its evolution into a creator of mixed-use communities.
"We are pleased to welcome a director of Kevin’s calibre to the board," said Kiwi Property Chair, Simon Shakesheff.
"His proven track record and commercial acumen will be an asset to the organisation as we strive to create greater value for our shareholders and the communities where we operate. Kevin has enjoyed an impressive career as a CEO and director, and we look forward to benefitting from his vision and expertise.”
Kevin said he was looking forward to helping guide Kiwi Property through the next phase of its transformation journey.
"I am excited to join Kiwi Property's board at this important time in its history. The company’s dedication to developing world-class mixed-use assets aligns with my passion for innovation, strategic leadership and sustainable growth.”
In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.6.1, the Board has determined Kevin is an independent director, having had regard to the non-exhaustive factors described in the NZX Corporate Governance Code that may impact director independence.
